　　(推荐人姓名) is the sectary general of China City Research Committee, vice president of China City Planning and Design Research Faculty, senior city planner at professor level, and national registered city planner.

　　In 1995, he was awarded Young Scientific Technology Management Expert with Outstanding Contribution and was named by seven state departments including the Human Resource Department as a candidate in the first group of “Million of Talents Program in New Century” and was awarded by State Council “Special Government Allowance Certificate” in 2004.
